About the role
The ACPPS research centre at UM6P is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to conduct independent research in the philosophy of science, with a focus on African or classical Arabic epistemic contexts. The position lasts 12 months and may be renewed.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct original research in philosophy of science.
- Organise a workshop related to the research themes.
- Participate in ACPPS seminars and collaborate with centre members.
- Attend conferences and, if applicable, assist with teaching.
Required profile
- PhD in Philosophy or a related field such as philosophy of science, history of science, or Islamic philosophy.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional relevant languages is desirable.
