PR & Communications Coordinator

About the role

The PR & Communications Coordinator will support Four Seasons Resort Marrakech in delivering a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all visual and digital channels. This role blends graphic design, social media management, and online reputation oversight to enhance guest experiences and strengthen media relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Interpret design briefs, determine requirements, and liaise with suppliers to guarantee proof quality.
• Oversee online reputation management, monitoring third-party review sites.
• Develop and execute social-media strategy, create content, manage daily posting, and produce performance reports.
• Curate engaging storytelling content that aligns with Four Seasons’ voice and drives audience growth.
• Amplify key messages through social channels, supporting search visibility and creative communication.
• Monitor industry-relevant social conversations in luxury, local, and international markets.
• Maintain and update the Four Seasons proprietary website, ensuring alignment with brand imagery and business objectives.
• Keep partner and third-party websites current with accurate information.
• Foster positive client and media relations through timely comments and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong sense of quality and a creative mindset.
• Experience in photography and videography projects with an eye for aesthetics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social-media trends and platforms.
• Understanding of graphic-arts production methods and collateral creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various design tools.
