Presales Specialist – Banking & FinTech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Presales Specialist with deep knowledge of banking, FinTech and digital financial solutions. You will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and customers, shaping solutions that meet complex financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand banking and business requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, and technical proposals.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and create solution documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
• Participate in client meetings and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Recommend solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Presales, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Banking, FinTech, Digital Banking, Payments or E‑Wallets.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
