Pricing Analyst - Parts Business

About the role

BIA Group sells, rents and provides after-sales services for equipment used in public works, mines, quarries and transport, and operates in Europe, Africa and Asia. It is looking for a Pricing Analyst to develop its Parts Business (consumables, spare parts and components) by closely following customer demand and activity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the parts market and provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting, including market and competitor prices, and set up documentation and review of internal and external price data, including win/loss analysis
• Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, opportunities and margins, and develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and quoting
• Develop and communicate parts price strategies, including segment strategies per market, and implement them locally, including setting up local ERP systems
• Train and support local colleagues on pricing understanding and market prices, and support consistent customer segmentation across countries and markets
• Monitor and supervise price list updates, ensure prices are kept up to date in systems such as SAP and RAMOS, manage pricing parameters in ERP systems and resolve pricing and margin issues
• Set up pricing parameters, coach and train staff, and deploy the pricing policy

Required profile

• Master's degree from a business school
• French and English
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
