Private Sector Partnerships Consultant (Remote, 12 months)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a consultant to lead the development of private‑sector partnerships in Morocco. The position is remote and will run for twelve months, supporting UNICEF’s goal of diversifying income sources and improving children’s wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a partnership strategy with national and multinational corporations.
• Identify and engage potential corporate partners to mobilise resources and CSR initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with UNICEF standards.
• Coordinate with UNICEF country office and global teams to align partnership activities with programme objectives.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance and impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in private‑sector partnership development or corporate fundraising.
• Understanding of the Moroccan business environment and ability to work remotely.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
