Process Technologist

About the role

The Process Technologist will join the production team to set up, run, monitor and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines. The focus is on delivering efficient production, high‑quality parts and minimizing defects while supporting new tool introductions and robot integration.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines for new and existing production runs.
• Adjust parameter sheets for new and transferred tools and create robot programs for linear and 6‑axis robots.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues and approve part quality.
• Perform mold changes, optimize cycle times and maintain flow‑chart efficiency.
• Lead technical support for the plant and produce work instructions for machines and robots.
• Train operators on best practices, safety procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technologist or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Technical degree (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Plastic & Industrial Processes).
• Professional proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the position.
