Product Manager – 3/2 Wheeler Portfolio

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of its 3‑wheeler or 2‑wheeler portfolio for Asia and Africa markets. You will translate customer and market insights into clear specifications, a prioritized roadmap, and a compelling value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, positioning, and multi‑year roadmap (cargo/passenger, ICE/EV) aligned with business unit strategy.
• Lead Voice of Customer activities with fleet operators, drivers, dealers and financing partners, turning insights into product requirements.
• Build business cases covering volume, pricing, margin, cost targets, localization and regulatory compliance, and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Create and manage product specifications (performance, payload, range, durability, safety, connectivity, serviceability) and control changes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross‑functional execution with Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, After‑Sales and Sales to ensure on‑time, on‑cost delivery.
• Support supplier strategy, sourcing decisions and go‑to‑market activities including product offering definition and training inputs.
• Manage post‑launch lifecycle performance, warranty monitoring, cost reduction and next‑generation improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Business; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of product management, product planning or program management experience in the 3‑wheeler industry.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Strong customer and market analysis, competitive benchmarking and value‑proposition definition.
• Ability to translate Voice of Customer into measurable requirements (payload, range, durability, safety, service intervals, total cost of ownership).
• Experience managing product lifecycle from business case through launch and post‑launch improvements.
