Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Hikma Morocco. This role drives brand strategy, market execution, and portfolio growth for pharmaceutical products. Candidates with a strong marketing mindset and therapeutic area expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand positioning and market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop training programs and promotional tools supporting commercial objectives.
• Work closely with medical and regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in marketing materials.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to optimize brand strategy and resource allocation.
• Manage forecasting, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle planning to maximize portfolio potential.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in English language.
