Product Modelling Governance Lead

About the role

The Product Modelling Governance Lead is part of Orange Business’s Product Office, which defines, standardises and upholds modelling guidelines for all B2B products and services in the enterprise catalogue. The role ensures that new products and major changes are modelled consistently, maximising quality, modularity and alignment with business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance product modelling guidelines and guardrails across all Orange Business Lines.
• Act as the liaison between product marketing, customer journey teams and IT to define hierarchies, attributes, rules, dependencies and pricing logic.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and alignment sessions with digital journey, managed services, order management and service assurance stakeholders.
• Engage with product teams from inception, providing walkthroughs, templates and collateral for the product lifecycle management process.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, pricing managers, business and technical modelers, and customer journey specialists to ensure alignment between product models and commercial offerings.
• Support epic owners and related roles in finalising MVP and MMP scopes and completing feature elaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, engineering, business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom product management (e.g., product manager, product modeller, product owner, catalogue manager).
• Strong knowledge of B2B telecom offerings such as connectivity, cloud and IoT.
• Familiarity with the TM Forum framework, especially SID.
• Hands‑on experience with SAFe and Agile delivery methods.
