Product Specialist – Healthcare (Rabat)

About the role

As a Product Specialist for Aspen in Rabat, you will promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals across the designated territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other key stakeholders while delivering brand messages and achieving sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily targeted calls to physicians and pharmacists and conduct promotional activities (AVAs).
• Achieve the sales budget for the assigned territory and introduce Aspen products into hospital tender lists.
• Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and keep abreast of the latest clinical data in the therapy area.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather field insights.
• Organise appointments, demonstrations and presentations for doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
• Attend and help organise trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Manage budgets, review sales performance and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a scientific background (not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Key Account Manager or similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork, innovation, commitment, excellence and integrity.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM or call‑reporting tools.
