Production Pharmacist (Injectable Manufacturing)

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Production Pharmacist to support injectable manufacturing at its Casablanca plant. The role involves ensuring GMP‑compliant production, batch traceability and collaboration with quality, maintenance and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monitoring and executing injectable production activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Review batch records and ensure production traceability.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist in managing deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Required profile

• Pharmacist degree.
• First experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably injectable manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Organized, rigorous and team‑oriented.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
