Validation Project Leader – Electrical & Electronic Architecture

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Validation Project Leader to drive the integration and verification strategy for electrical and electronic architectures across vehicle projects. You will coordinate validation activities, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, delivery, and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise the Integration and Verification Plan (PIV) for vehicle electrical/electronic architecture during the preparatory phase.
• Lead the vehicle validation team, managing test execution and adjusting strategies as project needs evolve.
• Report progress to engineering management and act as the primary interface with other EE validation domains.
• Ensure QCDP compliance for the EE validation scope and manage the fleet of rolling test vehicles under configuration control.
• Synchronise system, subsystem, and component‑level validations with approved reference architectures.

Required profile

• Graduate engineer in Electronics, Embedded Software or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive electrical/electronic system design and validation.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle EE architecture, networks, functions and distribution.
• Proven project leadership and team‑management abilities.
