Production Unit Leader

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to shape the future of snacking. As a Production Unit Leader you will independently operate and maintain key processes, equipment, and systems while driving performance improvements that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following Autonomous Maintenance (AM) standards.
• Execute standard work using progressive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets are met.
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis, loss reduction, and breakdown elimination.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience with machine operations and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the site’s language.
• Proven collaboration skills in a diverse workplace.
