Program Buyer

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Program Buyer to support the coordination between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams for vehicle development and serial production. The role focuses on supplier selection, negotiation, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier kick‑off meetings after award confirmation and manage ongoing relationships.
• Negotiate volume increases, price changes and engineering changes during development.
• Monitor supplier capacity, quality and potential shortages, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve total production cost targets and final price releases.
• Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality convergence goals.
• Organize summary meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiation.
• Proactive attitude with strong initiative and professional communication.
• Professional working proficiency in French (B2‑C1) and English (B2‑C1).
