Program Manager – Global Go‑to‑Market Programs

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an organized, self‑motivated Program Manager to join its Global Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Programs team in Casablanca. The role supports the planning, execution and communication of global GTM initiatives, ensuring documentation, milestones and stakeholder alignment are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple GTM programs, maintaining project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and action trackers.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and internal landing pages, ensuring documentation is current, well‑organized and follows version‑control standards.
• Support the launch of sales enablement tools such as Highspot, handling content migration, stakeholder readiness, testing and adoption tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials, status reports, executive updates and post‑launch follow‑up activities.
• Facilitate communication across North America and EMEA time zones, escalating risks and keeping workstreams moving.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists and pages.
• Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms is a plus.
• Experience supporting tool launches, internal communications or change‑management activities.
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams across North America and EMEA.
