Project Lead – Manufacturing

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Project Lead to join its Tangier plant, supporting vehicle electrification and connectivity projects. The role will manage project lifecycles from preparation through start‑up, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the GPMS procedure throughout each project phase.
• Drive projects in line with PM and Yazaki expectations, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements.
• Communicate customer specifications to team leaders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze project schedules at each milestone, identify resource needs and constraints, and report them to the CSC.
• Prepare risk assessments, documenting issues and constraints for every milestone.
• Contribute to achieving SOP objectives on time, with high efficiency and strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or production preparation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GPMS procedures and project risk assessment.
• Ability to analyse schedules, resources and process maturity.
