Project Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Manager to lead the Country Morocco FI OTC PM function. The role is based in Casablanca and is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, portfolio governance and capability development within a global healthcare technology organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Morocco OTC project management team, ensuring performance, delivery and skill development.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle in line with PM@SHS standards, contractual obligations and customer expectations.
• Manage the country project portfolio, prioritize initiatives, optimise resources and align with business objectives.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue recognition, cash collection, margin protection and working‑capital optimisation in partnership with Finance.
• Ensure strong governance, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder alignment and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Sales during the offer phase to assess feasibility, transparency of risks and define customer requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement through harmonisation, standardisation and digitalisation of the OTC PM setup.
• Coach, mentor and develop the project management team to build a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Biomedical, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive project management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Hands‑on experience in an OTC environment, including site construction and technical project management.
• Proven leadership of multi‑project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• CRM (Sales & Service) systems.
