Project Manager – Automotive Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead automotive projects from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Create and continuously update project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Lead cross‑functional and multi‑location teams, acting as the primary interface between plants, headquarters, customers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks, and overall performance, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with automotive, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate engineering changes, technical adjustments, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of project processes.
• Maintain strong customer communication and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional and international teams.
• Strong understanding of product and process development from design to production.
• Experience with engineering change management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
