Project Manager – Engineering & Manufacturing

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering projects that drive safety, sustainability, and connectivity. You will work with product, sales, quality, manufacturing, finance and other teams to ensure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project scope, schedule (using Planisware or similar) and budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead core teams to achieve objectives, develop project and gap‑closure plans, and manage capital budgets.
• Execute Stage Gate processes, plan and lead reviews, and ensure deliverable integrity.
• Identify and resolve risks, generate standard and custom reports, and conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track lessons learned, promote best practices, and communicate clearly with senior management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in new product development or sustaining projects.
• Strong knowledge of operations/manufacturing processes and Lean development methodologies.
• PMI certification and connector‑market experience are desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally.
