Project Manager – In‑Office

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our WWA team in Fez. Working in‑office, you will act as the operational backbone, ensuring projects stay on track, teams remain aligned, and deadlines are met across our creative agency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for internal initiatives, from kickoff to delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, assign tasks, and enforce accountability.
• Run weekly stand‑ups and project check‑ins to monitor progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and blockers early and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work among creative, strategy, social and leadership teams.
• Manage internal documentation, SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Track resource allocation and flag capacity issues proactively.
• Support leadership with reporting, prioritisation and special projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑moving creative/marketing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Strong communication skills to rally teams, push back diplomatically and keep stakeholders informed.
• Detail‑oriented with a big‑picture perspective and a self‑starter attitude.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an on‑site office setting.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion or similar.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing or content production (nice to have).
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) or equivalent (nice to have).
