Project Manager – New Exhibition Projects

About the role

Exhibition Hub is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of new immersive art and cultural exhibitions from concept through installation. Based in Casablanca, you will work closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the full lifecycle of new exhibition projects, from initial concept to final installation.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and key deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between creative, production, supplier, and internal stakeholder teams.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to assess feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and schedule adherence.
• Procure materials and services, managing supplier relationships to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues affecting cost, quality, or timeline.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and status reports.
• Oversee quality control processes and support resolution of quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in exhibition, production, or related creative industries.
• Strong command of English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and make decisive decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations.
