About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Property Advisor to join our team and drive the sale of residential properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their property goals and guide them through the entire buying process.

Key responsibilities

Identify and generate new client leads.
Provide tailored property recommendations based on client needs, budget and preferences.
Negotiate prices and terms, and close sales efficiently.
Stay updated on Montenegro’s real‑estate laws, market trends and property values.
Prepare and present proposals, reports and required documentation.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑up.
Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
Assist clients with financing options and related paperwork.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
Proven experience in residential real‑estate sales.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Fluency in English.
Client‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
