Prototype Launch Leader

About the role

ALTEN Maroc, a subsidiary of the global engineering and technology consulting firm ALTEN, is hiring a Prototype Launch Leader in Rabat. The role manages a team covering several services (RPM/APM, RNCP/ACP, method, CMO) and coordinates the planning and delivery of prototype projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team made up of different services and monitor the progress of key steps in the realization of the prototypes.
• Work with family managers to plan around project milestones and with suppliers to spot delivery drifts.
• Answer urgent project requests and consolidate and monitor the budget.
• Negotiate resource schedules aligned with the expertise of development and industrial plants, create resources and ensure delivery dates are reflected in planning tools.
• Keep planning and tracking tools regularly updated and resolve timeline discrepancies between client needs and plant expertise.
• Take minutes of meetings and report to prototype customers, as well as to hierarchical and operational supervisors.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience; confirmed profile (5 to 10 years).
• Very good level of French and English.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
