Proxy Product Owner – SharePoint & OneDrive

About the role

We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner to lead the SharePoint and OneDrive services within our Microsoft 365 environment. The role acts as the bridge between the product owner and the delivery team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and driving transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders, promote best practices and align delivery with product vision.
• Drive daily operations, transformation activities and service improvement for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Contribute to technical studies, proof‑of‑concepts and support activities.
• Define and deliver technical epics, features and governance artefacts.
• Manage large‑scale migrations and multi‑vendor coordination when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product owner or technical lead for SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Copilot, Purview and Security & Compliance.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
