QA Automation Engineer (AI/ML Focus)

About the role

Yakeey is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to lead the quality assurance effort for its PropTech platform. The role focuses on building automated test solutions and validating AI/ML driven features to ensure reliability, performance and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, mobile and AI/ML components.
• Create test plans, strategies and cases covering functional, regression, integration, performance and end‑to‑end testing.
• Perform specialised testing of AI/ML models, including data validation, accuracy checks, bias detection, drift monitoring and adversarial testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for continuous testing.
• Leverage AI‑assisted testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document and track defects, collaborate with developers and data scientists to resolve issues.
• Promote QA best practices and stay up‑to‑date with emerging automation and AI testing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands‑on experience testing AI/ML systems, including model validation and bias testing.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Programming/scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, pytest.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Version control: Git.
• AI/ML concepts and tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, model accuracy and bias testing.
