Real Estate Projects Manager

About the role

SCE Immobilier, a subsidiary of SCE, is looking for a Real Estate Projects Manager based in Casablanca. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you will manage one or more construction projects and make sure the quality/cost/timeframe balance is respected. The position is a full-time CDI with immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in selecting the parties involved in the project and coordinate them so that their contracts are fulfilled
• Manage design and execution phases within the project budget and schedule
• Check that work complies with project specifications and validate deliverables from service providers
• Manage all trades during construction and monitor progress daily
• Handle administrative management: purchase orders, payment orders, acceptance reports, building permits, compliance and land titles
• Supervise acceptance of works, validate accounts and follow up on studies, work and expenditure
• Help develop preventive maintenance programmes for buildings and equipment in operation

Required profile

• Higher education degree, preferably civil engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate
• First experience of hotel or mixed-use projects is an asset
• Good command of French; knowledge of English is a plus
• Versatile, proactive, methodical and rigorous, with good synthesis and teamwork skills

Required skills

• Mastery of project administration (ADC, PDH, CF)
• Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
