Rebuild Specialist (Data Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Rebuild Specialist (Data Focus) to strengthen our rebuild operations through data‑driven insights and process optimisation. The role involves analysing operational data, improving rebuild performance and supporting decision‑making across our network.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyse rebuild and component performance data.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor rebuild activities and KPIs.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across rebuild centres.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement data‑driven solutions.
• Support standardisation and best practices across regions through data insights.
• Contribute to forecasting and planning of component rebuilds.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Data Engineering.
• Proven ability to analyse and interpret operational data.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and passionate about operational performance and innovation.
