Recruitment Director

About the role

The Recruitment Director leads the end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and secures high‑quality talent aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the HR Vice President, this senior leader partners with senior managers across functions to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the company’s talent acquisition strategy and processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align recruitment plans with business growth and capacity requirements.
• Oversee the performance of Talent Acquisition Managers, Officers, Associates and Assistants, ensuring timely delivery of hiring targets.
• Empower and coach team members across all TA functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive rapid fulfillment of hiring needs while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
• Support the HR VP in designing and launching innovative HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary recruitment teams.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and align talent strategies with business goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication and change‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering recruitment results in fast‑growing environments.
