Regional Finance Planning & Coordination Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Finance Planning & Coordination Analyst to support financial planning, performance management, and reporting across multiple entities in the region. The role will be based in Casablanca and will work closely with local finance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles for several entities.
• Collect, consolidate and verify financial data from local finance teams.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the harmonisation of FP&A processes, reporting standards and financial methodologies.
• Ensure reliability, consistency and quality of regional financial information.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to support strategic decision‑making.
• Participate in continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or regional finance.
• Experience in an international, regional or multi‑entity environment.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
