About the role
The Regional Head of HR – North Africa will act as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, shaping HR strategy, talent development and organizational effectiveness across multiple North‑African markets for a leading pharmaceutical company.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a regional HR strategy aligned with global policies, supporting business growth, market expansion and restructuring.
- Lead organizational development, workforce planning and change‑management initiatives to improve efficiency, accountability and collaboration.
- Design talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Oversee compensation, benefits and rewards ensuring equity, competitiveness and compliance with local labour laws.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, labour legislation and HR compliance, working closely with legal and compliance functions.
- Drive HR analytics, system adoption and operational excellence across the region.
