About the role

We are looking for an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to join our team in Casablanca on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of automotive insurance claims, ensuring accurate assessment and timely settlement while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and process automobile insurance claims.
• Conduct investigations, gather documentation, and liaise with policyholders, workshops, and third parties.
• Determine liability, calculate indemnities, and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain detailed records in the claims management system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in auto claims handling or settlement.
• Strong knowledge of automotive insurance products and procedures.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Permanent contract (CDI) with regular working hours (08:00‑18:00) and weekends off.
• Fixed monthly salary of 3,970 MAD.
• Performance bonus up to 1,000 MAD and expertise bonus up to 2,000 MAD, with a total potential earnings of 6,970 MAD.
• Clear recruitment process: phone screening, two on‑site interviews, and final client validation.
