Relationship Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology firms. This role focuses on long‑term collaboration rather than direct sales, and the successful candidate will be based in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a coordinated strategic development plan to attract and retain tech partners.
• Identify, approach, and cultivate long‑term relationships with technology companies.
• Maintain ongoing communication and provide high‑quality support to existing partners.
• Handle new and existing member inquiries, ensuring excellent service standards.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on project proposals.
• Represent the organization at major technology conferences and events.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in network engineering or a similar IT‑related role.
• At least 1 year of experience in account or relationship management.
• Understanding of Internet Resource Policy is a plus.
• Fluent native‑level English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work from Morocco on a full‑time basis.
