Remote Airbnb Customer Service & Listing Expert VA

About the role

We are looking for a remote Vacation Rental Virtual Assistant to manage and optimise our luxury Airbnb and Booking.com listings. The role supports the full guest journey for premium beachfront apartments in Dubai, working flexible afternoons and evenings UAE time.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings on Airbnb and Booking.com (titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, extranet settings).
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests in English, French and Arabic.
• Handle pre‑booking, pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay and post‑checkout communications.
• Monitor and reply to guest reviews to maintain Superhost/Preferred Partner status.
• Coordinate reservations and logistics with Dubai operations and housekeeping teams.
• Manage dynamic pricing and availability using PriceLabs or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve ranking, conversion and occupancy across all active listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience managing Airbnb and/or Booking.com listings in a short‑term rental or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, French and Arabic.
• Available to work afternoons and evenings UAE time (GMT+4) and able to work independently.
