Remote Bookkeeper for Multi-Entity Finance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for a multi‑entity structure that spans the UAE and Europe. The position is fully remote and reports directly to the founders, offering a unique chance to work across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Track and organize invoices and receipts for UAE and European entities.
• Match payments to the correct company and payment processor.
• Maintain clear, accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Reconcile transactions and flag discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all documentation is audit‑ready and easily retrievable.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with multiple entities or currencies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating UAE and European financial/payment systems.
• Trustworthy and discreet handling of sensitive data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting tools such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel).
