Remote Community Manager Intern

About the role

This remote internship focuses on building and nurturing relationships with creators across social media platforms and online communities, encouraging active use of the CreateWithMe platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with creators on social media, online communities, and content channels.
• Respond to user questions, moderate discussions, and gather feedback.
• Organize community events or campaigns and collaborate with marketing on content and announcements.
• Document user insights to improve the product experience.

Required profile

• Experience interacting with online communities and fostering inclusive, respectful spaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for social media and creator‑focused messaging.
• Basic understanding of social media and creator ecosystems such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Organizational skills to support community campaigns, events, and feedback collection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across functions.
• Curiosity about video editing tools, AI‑powered creative solutions; prior exposure to digital tools or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving when interacting with diverse creators.
