Remote Digital Marketing Associate (Training Provided)

About the role

CloserMed, a niche healthcare recruitment agency, is looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Associate. The position starts with a 2‑3 month paid training and selection period, after which successful candidates will join the team on a longer‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Design ad creatives including static visuals, carousels, reels, videos and motion graphics.
• Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies to boost website visibility.
• Create and coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages and social media.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and produce performance reports.
• Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows using tools such as Zapier.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑savvy attitude with a passion for digital impact.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Self‑starter comfortable working remotely, meeting deadlines and operating autonomously.
