About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
