Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French-English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact, you will assist French-speaking customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering friendly and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support in French and English through voice calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
