About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
