Research Analyst – Business Research (Spanish/Portuguese)

About the role

Infomineo is looking for a Research Analyst to support its Business Research services in Casablanca. The role involves handling client research requests across various industries and regions, with a focus on Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets. You will work closely with senior consultants and contribute to the company’s AI‑enhanced research solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse research requests and determine the most effective methodology.
• Collect, verify and organise data into clear, structured deliverables.
• Evaluate existing data sources and suggest improvements to collection strategies.
• Communicate progress and findings to clients and internal managers.
• Participate in internal development projects, applying creative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in research, consulting or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Comfortable working with quantitative data, modelling or correlation analysis.
• Self‑starter attitude and enjoyment of collaborative, entrepreneurial environments.
