Reserving Actuary – Life & Health (Casablanca)

About the role

SCOR is seeking a senior Reserving Actuary to join its new Actuarial Hub in Casablanca. You will work with a global team to produce and explain valuation results for the Life & Health portfolio, supporting IFRS 17, Solvency II, and local statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate valuation results for quarterly financial close.
• Report under IFRS 17, Solvency II, and local statutory bases.
• Conduct data validation, sensitivity and stress testing, and analysis of financial impacts.
• Identify process improvements and support automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the SCOR Group.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance reserving, cash‑flow analysis or actuarial modelling.
• Qualified actuary.
• Strong knowledge of Life & Health insurance products and reserving practices.
• Proven ability to explain financial drivers and manage projects.
