Finance & Accounting Supervisor

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Supervisor will oversee financial control, cash‑flow management, reporting, and banking operations for a newly established logistics organization operating across Morocco and Turkey. The role ensures that financial processes are fully aligned with operational activities and provides accurate, timely information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing processes and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Track profitability at the shipment level and ensure alignment between operations and finance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, partners, CFO, and COO.
• Manage company bank accounts, execute payments (SWIFT, bank transfers, etc.), and perform bank reconciliations.
• Plan, monitor, and forecast cash flow to support business needs.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in the logistics sector is highly preferred.
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability.
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English (mandatory).
