Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations for the hotel’s restaurants, bars and room‑service outlets at The Ritz‑Carlton Rabat. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while fostering a positive guest and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support front‑of‑house staff during peak periods, stepping in to serve when needed.
• Maintain sanitation and food‑handling standards across all dining venues.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with culinary teams.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees and ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive financial results by controlling costs, maximizing revenue and implementing training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health regulations and hotel policies.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance and satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety and liquor regulations.
