About the role
The Ritz-Carlton Rabat is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of its restaurants, bars, and room service. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
- Assist with menu planning and ensure compliance with local liquor and food‑handling regulations.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service needs and financial objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, standards, and applicable laws.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field with 2 years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of sanitation, safety, and liquor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
