Restaurant Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Resort

About the role

The Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead the dining team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and support staff development in a vibrant beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and correct any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the restaurant.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock requisitions, and manage supply levels.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and report safety incidents.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Inventory management using FIFO methodology.
• Food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Basic maintenance request handling.
