RPA Automation Developer

About the role

The RPA Automation Developer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that combine traditional RPA, cloud‑native workflows, and AI across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and launch bots to automate repetitive and complex business tasks.
• Build cloud‑native workflows that connect desktop actions with cloud applications and APIs.
• Integrate automation solutions with ERP, CRM, and third‑party systems using API tools.
• Implement AI/ML models for extracting and processing unstructured document data.
• Manage, schedule, and govern the digital workforce on virtual servers.
• Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and create dashboards for real‑time visibility.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical automation development or digital transformation.
• Strong English communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360 and familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate.
