Sales Agent

About the role

The Sales Agent supports the Sales & Marketing team at St. Regis Tamuda Bay by handling office tasks, preparing sales documents and acting as the primary point of contact for guests and clients. This role ensures smooth communication, promotes the brand and helps drive revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional material packages and distribute brochures to prospective clients.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Answer guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, promotions and special events, both by phone and email.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships and respond to employee concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in sales or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams.
• Willingness to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and present a clean, professional appearance.
