Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial and promotional activities in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline initiatives.
• Create compelling marketing materials and sales presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management and marketing strategy, preferably within the lift/elevator sector.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
