Sales Assistant – International Business (USA focus)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our US‑focused international business. You will work closely with the sales team to generate new opportunities, qualify prospects and help move them through the sales pipeline across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in various international markets.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, understanding prospect needs.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly call, activity and sales quotas.
• Record all interactions, follow‑ups and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and prospect information for pipeline tracking.
• Provide professional, responsive communication throughout the engagement process.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve outbound sales, product knowledge and CRM usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally with an international focus.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones to serve international clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
