Sales Associate

About the role

JT International (JTI) is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Tangier. You will support the Regional Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with distributor supervisors and the JTI Field Force to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet targets and objectives.
• Monitor warehouse stock availability.
• Coordinate recruitment, creation, and activation of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials according to regional strategy.
• Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.
• Maintain a consistent field presence and deliver regular reports on activities.
• Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve regional goals.
• Report regional sales and distribution performance to management.

Required profile

• BTS or bachelor’s degree.
• Previous internship or one‑year experience in FMCG.
• Fluent in Arabic and French, intermediate English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Product knowledge and strong sales techniques.
• Proficiency with business tools (MS Office).
• Experience in supplier and customer relationship management.
